Day 01: Guwahati

Post breakfast, leave for city sightseeing. Later go to Jorhat, the tea country. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening roam around Garh Ali and Marwari Gali, that will lead you to little shops famous for North-East Indian fabrics and handicrafts. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Sivasagar

After breakfast, go for an excursion to Sivasagar. Later in the afternoon return to Jorhat. Fresh-n-up and explore the nearby tea gardens. Also, visit the Gymkhana club in Jorhat. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Majuli

Post breakfast, leave for the Kaziranga via Majuli. Drive up to the Nimati Ghat, the ferry point for Majuli. Upon reaching board the ferry for Majuli the biggest River Island in the world and seat of Baishnavite monasteries. Cross-mighty Brahmaputra on a ferry to reach the historic island. Upon arrival, pay a visit to Satras. Later, drive to Kaziranga. Transfer to a wildlife resort on reaching. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 04: Kaziranga National Park

Get up early for elephant safari into the forest. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, go for a jeep safari in the national park for wildlife viewing in the central zone. Later return to the hotel for unwinding yourself and having lunch. After lunch, go on for the second jeep safari of the day. This time, visit the Western zone of the national park. One can also spend some time at the Donga view point, situated in the western zone. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05: Departure

Depart for airport with unforgettable memories.
