Maharashtra, often called the Gateway to the Heart of India, is blessed with an incredible mashup of everything. It has a spectacular backdrop of the mountains on one side and has a sprawling belt of Konkan coast on the other. It has everything from golden beaches lined with swaying palm trees, ancient historic sites, and jewel hill stations to a remarkable collection of caves.
The capital of Maharashtra is Mumbai. This city is known as the Dream City of India and is also the stronghold of Bollywood.

Day 1: Arrival

Once you arrive at the Mumbai Airport, check in to the hotel, have dinner and overnight stay in Mumbai.

Day 2: Mumbai

After breakfast, sightseeing Gateway of India. Later take a motorboat to visit Elephanta Caves. It is known for having a huge Trimurthi idol. Then visit the Hanging Gardens, Prince of Wales Museum, Parliament House, and Marine Drive. Have an overnight stay in Mumbai.

Day 3: Lonavala

Post breakfast, drive towards beautiful hill station Lonavala. Enjoy recreational activities and visit Karla and Bhaja Caves. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Khandala

Post breakfast, leave for Khandala. Visit Bhushi Dam and enjoy its refreshing environment. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5: Matheran

Post breakfast, start the 2-hour journey to Matheran. On arrival, explore the serene surroundings. Visit popular places like Louisa, Garbut Point, and Echo. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 6: Panchgani

Spend a day in Panchgani. This place is surrounded by five mountains and is a paradise on earth. This place is very beautiful and calm to relax. Return to the hotel to stay at night.

Day 7: Aurangabad

Post breakfast, leave for an excursion to Ajanta and Ellora caves, a World heritage site. Here, it is the sculpture, which is remarkable. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, leave back for Mumbai and depart to the airport.
